A $6,400 Toilet? A Bit Cheeky

It’s not that we don’t like the Numi, Kohler’s “most advanced toilet” (see video). Just the opposite. This stylish little throne, which we first worshipped at the recent International Builders’ Show, has features up the wazoo, including:

Motion-activated lid and seat. Sensors respond as you enter the room, meaning hands-free opening and closing of the cover. Motion at the floor-level prompts sensors to raise and lower seat.
Advanced bidet functionality: A self-cleaning wand features multiple options of water spray.
Integrated air dryer
Deodorizer
Heated seat and feet warming
Music
Touch-screen remote controls an automatic flush system, conserving water and boosting power.

Certainly, regular sessions with the Numi could make a “new me” out of most individuals. Except the thing costs nearly $6,400! Unfortunately, that fits the budget for only a select few who are flush with cash.

Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not? Should we pay them, or should we not?” But, knowing their hypocrisy, he said to them, “Why put me to the test? Bring me a denarius and let me look at it.” And they brought one. And he said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?” They said to him, “Caesar’s.” Jesus said to them, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” And they marveled at him.
